REFERRAL SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS - October 2021

 

​You must ensure the person being referred knows that you are doing so.

​

We will then get in touch with your referral and tell them more about who we are and what we do.

​​

Anyone can refer someone to Talent Connect and this must be done by sending an email to jobs@talent-connect.co.uk with details of the referrer and the referred person.  Details must include at a minimum, at least a name, a contact number and an email address.

​

To qualify for the reward, the referred person must be offered and accept a job and must complete a minimum of 12 weeks with the client.

If a referred person leaves within the first 12 weeks, then the reward is not payable.

​

Talent Connect will only pay rewards for referrals that lead directly to employment within 6 months of the referral.

​

All Referral rewards must be claimed within 6 months of the individual starting a new job filled by Talent Connect Group Ltd. To claim the reward, all you need to do is submit an email to jobs@talent-connect.co.uk, stating your name and the name of the referred person.

We reward your successful referral with a £100 Gift Card and the referred friend and colleague will receive a £100 Gift Card.

​

If the referred person has already been introduced to Talent Connect, then the referral reward is not payable.

​

If the referred person is currently employed by one of Talent Connect's clients, then the referral cannot be accepted, and reward is not payable.

​

There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made.

​

One Gift Card per referral.

​

If a person has been referred by more than one person, then Talent Connect will reward the first received referral.

​

Gift Cards will be sent to your registered home address or email.
