This agreement sets out the terms under which Talent Connect Group Ltd ("We", "Us" and "Our") will provide Work-Finding Services ("WFS") to you in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and associated regulations.
By submitting your CV, applying for a role, or otherwise engaging with us via our website, telephone or email, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
This Agreement complies with Regulations 14 and 15 of the Conduct Regulations and is for WFS only. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship between Us and You.
1. Our Services
We will:

Act as an employment agency (for permanent roles) and/or an employment business (for temporary or contract roles), depending on the opportunity.

Use reasonable efforts to find you suitable job opportunities based on your skills, experience, and preferences.

Share your details with prospective employers only with your consent.

Keep you informed of relevant vacancies and employer feedback.
There is no charge to you for our services.
2. Your Obligations
You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information including your CV, qualifications, right to work, and references.

Inform us of any restrictions (e.g. notice period, conflicts of interest).

Notify us if you accept an offer of work through our introduction.

Have your details added to our database to enable us to search, at our sole discretion, for suitable work opportunities on your behalf.
You confirm you have the legal right to work in the UK.
3. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and UK data protection laws (including the UK GDPR). We will only share your details with third parties (e.g. employers) with your prior consent.
4. Liability
While we will use reasonable efforts to find you suitable roles, we do not guarantee:

That we will find you work;

The length, rate, or type of any assignment;

That a vacancy will result in an offer of employment.
We are not liable for the actions or omissions of any third-party employer or client.
5. Term and Termination
This agreement will commence on the effective date and will remain in force unless terminated by either party. You may request removal from our database and/or withdraw from our services at any time by contacting info@talent-connect.co.uk.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Acceptance
By submitting your details or engaging with Talent Connect Group Ltd, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
